There is no such thing as failure, only
delayed success.
-Bili S. Lim
Personal
transition is one of the most basic but hardest route to take. Nobody wants to
steer towards that direction as it connotes change. Change, for most of us, is
a curse – never a blessing; always a curse.
The
idea is that change is the only constant thing in this world. Without change,
we would all be stuck in the same place for as long as we live. Stagnation, on
the other hand, connotes a stoppage or a halt.
Life Coaching
The
idea behind personal life coaching is furthering and nourishing personal
development. Enabling reflection
and realization on the part of man connotes the idea that he is ready, willing
and able to accept change in his life. To be able to accept and embrace change
is a sign of moving forward.
An
efficient life coaching is a form of change facilitation. It further develops a
person rather than imposes upon him; it reflects a person to the right pat
rather than directs him towards it. Moreover, it teaches man to be ardent rather
than weak.
Furthermore, life coaching is rather reactive and
flexible—it aims transition one person at a time.
Personal Coaching
The Tad James Co. has been offering personal life coaching sessions and trainings.
For the past 25 years, it has been offering Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP),
Time Line Therapy® techniques and Hypnosis trainings for individuals who seek to
embrace change in their lives and for business purposes. The trainings aim to
further develop one’s professional and or personal career.
To
be able to understand the self is a quintessential requirement in life. Not
because personal coaching is making a splash in the society but rather it is
best to understand and be acquainted with your inner self before you interact
with others. Acceptance is but a key factor in establishing rapport with the
people around you.
Personal
coaching means making no assumptions. It does not focus on judgments nor is it
instructional. No steps are rendered prerequisites of the next. All is done for
the betterment and nourishment of thy inner self.
